Pros

Good people and PTO/Flexibility. Benefits are just average and there are no long term incentives like stock options or RSUs.

Cons

No one has been able to solve the Andover problem of getting new product out the door. There's a lack of accountability, and no enough collaboration. PMO and Engineering are constantly battling (in an unhealthy way). The organizational structure is a mess, and there only small pockets of good leadership. HR lost its good talent because leadership didn't act fast enough.

-Below market wages -Toxic work environment -Managers & HR have a high tendency to micro manage and treat their employees like grade school students -Zero trust from leadership -No advancement opportunities -Company does not care about their employees
