Pros
Great company, often hire really good people. Make it very enjoyable to work here.
Cons
DUPONT uses differentiated talent management approach that divided employees to two groups, fast trackers that moves every 2-3 years and provided with good support network; the rest is classified as regular employees ; If you did not get classified as "high potential" often there is no career opportunities. For ambitious people it can be very discouraging.
