Cons
The managers micro manage the team of production workers, he/she like to know every single details things that had been done by the workers. To improve yourself you need to be very pro-active, the managers or supervisors don't know how to groom or train you, you need to create your own learning path or progression path. Promotion is pre-planned, they don't really promote because of performance, they can promote a person with average performance as long as their time is had reached.
