Pros
You'll feel extremely well taken care of from the get-go. The teams are fantastic. Everyone is extremely competent and the science is interesting.
Cons
Their yearly pay raise has failed to match or beat inflation for multiple years. Effectively, many have received a pay cut within the company despite record profits. Their reasoning is that their policy is to have "merit-based" raises which is a very corporate and detached method given the current (and now long-spanning) economic climate. They are great to work for, but will likely experience turnover for the above reason as time goes on unless they implement new compensation policies.
