Too many changes, too many meetings, too much micromanagement and too many layoffs. - Sales Account Executive DuPont Employee Review

Pros

The money and benefits were good and most people were very nice. Taking time off was no problem at all.

Cons

*No upward mobility. Very few raises and promotions. *Micromanagement. Even if your sales goals were being met, you were still put under a microscope in other areas such as call volumes and length of time on the phone. *Backstabbing coworkers, but hey, that's sales. *My biggest bone to pick was that offices were opened overseas to increase profit margins, which meant that many Americans lost their jobs to people living in India and the Philippines. The idea was that people overseas in India and the Philippines work for MUCH LOWER wages. Why pay an American big bucks when you can open up an office overseas and pay foreigners much lower wages.

Pros

Great people, strong commitment to safety, competitive pay and benefits, and excellent work-life balance. The company provides opportunities to work on meaningful projects with talented cross-functional teams, and there is a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Flexible work arrangements and supportive managers (depending on the organization) make it a great place to build a long-term career.

Cons

Frequent organizational changes and restructuring can create uncertainty, and decision-making can be slowed by bureaucracy. Career growth opportunities may be limited in some organizations, and employees can become siloed or feel disconnected depending on the role and team.
