Pros

Small, open team. Pay was decent, until the hours became very constrictive. Being able to work unsupervised and outdoors Working at your own pace Lots of travel Working as little as you would like. This is the ideal job for a bachelor who is tech savvy and has no family to return home to.

Cons

Very seasonal work No benefits other than 401k, after working undisclosed number of hours. Lack of communication within team Basically being on call with no promise of work (they call it "as-needed") Traveling for work does not mean it is a benefit. Going sight seeing cost money.

Pros

Working outdoors and year end bonus after an extra quarter into the next year

Cons

Rude/disrespectful, expected to work weekends and use your own car because they tell you that you will have access to fleet vehicles when you are hired but there is actually only one and it’s always reserved by someone else and they expect you to take time away from your own life to hang out with “office friends” and you are to put your own wellbeing and safety in the back burner so that they can reach unrealistic expectations so that your boss can get a fat bonus and you can get all your time burned up
