Pros
Work is simple and not too hard if you're fit. Employees on the ground are likeable and good to work with.
Cons
Unsanitary work and equipment, including the vehicles. Vehicles and shop are barely kept secure, and there often isn't enough equipment to go around.
Upper management makes surprise, week long visits and interrupts the flow of work and the good vibes of the crew.
Will needlessly fly you out to the home office for training that coulda been done in a day over Zoom.
Communication between departments is awful. Nobody knows when stuff is happening or why. Trying to contact anyone above you is a gamble if they'll even answer the phone or return your messages.
Will fire you right after you get off work without any specified reason.
