      Pros

      You get to work from home. The call volume is very reasonable. They don’t micromanage you. The customers are very nice and understanding.

      Cons

      The pay is very low. Even though the position is seasonal and part-time, they will not give you a lot of hours to work unless it’s a sale going on.
