      Meritocracy - the better you do, the quicker you'll be promoted. Managers are incredibly supportive and want to help you go as far as you want to. Incredibly flexible hours (depending on location). Mistakes are a learning opportunity, not a chance for uppers to scold you.

      Cons

      It's always changing to work with the public. Have to present a good mood all the time. Company prefers you to work in Duluth brand clothing.
