Pros
Relaxed job, not too hard, not too difficult. Customers are generally nice and understanding. Always meeting new people. Good pay.
Cons
Oh boy where do I start. I've worked with Duluth for roughly a year and a half, and the first year was great. As an athlete, high school student, and college student I have more important things to do than go to a part time job. The managers would not accept that I could only work weekends, and no other shifts because of outside commitments. In the same conversation, my outside commitments were called "Dumb and pointless." and that I "should be more concerned with working rather than your sports." On top of that, one of the managers is extremely rude to employees, I overheard her making fun of a coworker because they had autism. She would then go on to be rude and unprofessional to me by shoving a pile of clothes into my arms and say "Fold this." Kiss butt to the managers and you'll be fine.
