They seem to be caring less about making sure employees are happy and are getting the hours they need. Also, while they are continuously trying to come out with new innovative products, it seems as though they are getting cheaper and cheaper as time goes on. Also, corporate doesn't seem to care much about the in-store shoppers as much as they used to, and they seem to care more and more about online shopping with every passing day.
