Pros

The discount for Duluth products is great...........if it didn't change by the week. They do ask you to wear their product because of the generous discount, but once again the discount changes by the week or by who you ask. Very frustrating.

Cons

When you have a great group of young and older people working in great harmony but let one ruin the team spirit by belittling, constant and continual "bossiness" in front of customers begins to be a real embarrassment.
