Very mediocre retail job - Sales Associate Duluth Trading Company Employee Review

The hours were inconsistent Was asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to shift start and that we could clock in only a few minutes before the shift Pay rate was $15 an hour and for the workload it feels like an unfair wage Inconsistent hours, sometimes you get an 8 hour shift sometimes a 4 hour shift You request a day off and sometimes it’s not approved for some reason even if it’s very urgent Management felt somewhat condescending
