Pros
I've known the Duncans for over 16 years and have been hired to do their photography for about that long. As a bit of an outsider, all I see is a great family and friends atmosphere at the offices. There's a lot of administrative work to do and friendly and efficient customer service skills as well as great work ethics are a must. The Duncans are great at accommodating personal needs for their employees, like leaving for childcare and such. They truly are a helpful team.
Cons
I must enter at least five words in this field but I do not know of any cons. Maybe that if you start working here and enjoy it, you might spend more time with your coworkers than you ever thought you would as they'll become friends. (I do not see that as a 'con' though.)
