Flexible schedule and they care about you. The clients are wonderful. I love the people i work with. It nakes ne happy to see smiles on their faces. The company cares about you. They have good benifits and have bonuses if you refer someone. I have worked with people woth disabilities for a long time. The company is loving and feels like a family to me. It's just a great company and i wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
