Dungarvin Response
7yHi, as part of the Talent Acquisition team here in the National office; I am very sorry to hear about your on going experience with your supervisor and lack of feeling appreciated! We are working diligently as I type to add HR teams into every state that we offer services. As part of this decision we are working with local HR teams to obtain more ownership of elements that should fall under the HR umbrella that traditionally operations has ownership of in the past. Our goal in building out these robust HR teams is to show the value of HR on a local level so the heart of our business (DSP's and Field staff) can be heard. We have many initiatives and goals for this year in regards to HR many of which include creating and implementing employee recognition and retention programs depending on the state that you are in; as well as recruitment so we can reduce overtime; resulting in a better work life balance for staff as burnout is a real thing in this industry.
I am not able to see what state you are located in; so please let me know if you do not have a local HR representative; especially as I would like you to contact them in regards to the potential fraud you mentioned with your supervisor so an investigation can be conducted.
