      Pros

      A lot of opportunity to grow within direct care and we are growing so there are opportunities in behavioral care as well. My Manager is really personable and I love working with my persons served at program.

      Cons

      Sometimes information doesn't get dropped down to the direct care level by Management as fast as it could in my opinion.
