There are a lot of forward-thinking people working at Dungarvin who want to provide care and support to those in need. The atmosphere here is positive, even if some managers and front-line staff feel overworked. The current initiative is to take the workload off of the employees by implementing modern initiatives with technology.
Cons
They aren't on the top of the line with payment, however the job itself can be enjoyable and isn't too stressful.
