Pros

-Upper management does a good job communicating and abiding by your schedule needs/wants. I had never had an issue getting a day off that I needed. -Hour-long lunch breaks, while unpaid, were great. Almost essential to keeping cool while working here.

Cons

-ANY LGBTQ+ persons will find that the culture here is abhorrent. There wasn't a single day where I felt like a target wasn't on my back. Unpleasant comments were made daily, sometimes multiple times per day. Problems were never really dealt with outside of a stern talking to from upper management, which didn't work. You won't be outright discriminated against, but you're not made to feel included or welcome, either. -Work life entirely depends on email signups. If people don't want to sign up, management takes it out on you. It does not matter how much else you do there. -Miniscule chance of promotion. Management would rather hire someone new than promote from within. -Unless you're a manager, you're hired as a part-time associate while averaging 39.5 hours per week. Benefits are rarely given. -For the first few months of working, management surveys your every move, while only lightening up the longer you stay.
