Zero pro’s. Modern day slavery but treated worse.

Cons

Your job constantly being threatened. Working 6/7 days a week, 14 hour days and being paid for 40 hours and expected to be appreciative of that. Zero understanding from upper management on how anything at the store level actually operates. But they’ll inflate their own egos by having meetings with themselves and making horrible decisions to then blame the stores when those plans fail. Complete dumpster fire of a company. Anyone on the corporate level is only concerned with their bonus to which no one at store level receives. Even with record profits.

You are usually the smartest person in the room

Cons

Low pay, low raises, no general sense of direction, no holiday pay, team managers are usually training there bosses while doing there job as well as there own along with handyman, stocker, Janitor, and cashier just to name a few.

Great training, time off when needed, fair schedule and good work environment. My district manager was a great person to work for!

There was really no way to move up but still a great place to work!
