Pros

Free food sometimes, In my experience it does not discriminate against those with disabilities and those with poor work histories. No need for any qualifications. You can get full benefits after one year of working.

Cons

Everything, this job is not for the weak. Training is supposed to occur but depending on your franchise it might not be sufficient. Expect to learn by fire or by diving off into the deep end head first. Mistakes will not be tolerated even when in training. Bathroom and lunch breaks are short and often forced to be skipped. Although scheduling for hours occurs two weeks ahead, expect for last minute changes that will mess with your schedule especially if you have another part-time/ full-time job. If you are placed part-time expect for management to drag you around without scheduling enough shifts for you to earn enough pay for some weeks and other weeks expect too many hours when all you wanted was normal part-time hours. They say they will work with your schedule if you have school or college, but they won't. Customers will disrespect you and treat you poorly especially during busy hours. For some reason, people believe that if they pay for the meal or food that they are owed the world. Dunkin expects you to put the customer first even if they are wrong and are being belligerent. Management will never side with you it is company policy. It is a fast food job mixed with a barista job, mixed with janitorial work. It is hard labor especially after being on your feet for hours.
