Pros
The benefits are great and the pay was great. There are some great people that work there.
Cons
Toxic culture. The people that do the least get rewarded the most. They will work you until you’re burnt out and then let you go. So if you don’t mind carrying the weight and watching the incompetent ones excel because they play a good game and do “whatever it takes” to make sure they stick around, then this is the place for you. Trust me as the seasons ( most of them) come and go, you’ll be so over it. Compensation is a con-they pay you so well that you don’t want to leave especially if you live in the area. It takes its toll on your mental health. Have a backup plan in place. Would I recommend a friend, but tell them to be wise about it and have an exit strategy. Save your money and make sure you’re alright health wise
