Pros

Micro management Constantly have to check emails and texts Never ending

Cons

They say you earn 3.5% commission on "all sales" you'll bust your behind working 10+ hour days with never an end in sight. You will make No extra pay besides your total take home pay of approximately $700 - $750 per week. When you get a commission check after making this company almost half a million dollars in the quarter and it will say "Commission" and there will be No explanation as to how they got that total number. How ? What were my total sales? And how did you come up with that? You will be having to constantly reply to group texts. A few of the managers are conniving liars. You'll see. All sales employees have no less than about 12 stores with hundreds of different products to keep track of and its a guarantee you'll miss something but they'll sneak into the store after you to call you out on it. You are not in any way a "Valued employee" here. This company will always be a revolving door in sales because it's a lot for one human being to handle without skipping something or forgetting. This is a real review, the "good reviews" are probably managers coming on here bull-crapping....There is No room to advance anywhere..

Pros

best colleagues i ever met

Cons

policies are written to protect bosses, not workers. When problems happen, staff take the blame. Managers never admit fault, even when they cause issues. Employees feel unsafe and powerless. The culture is unfair and one‑sided.
