Our culture is diverse and just fabulous. We strive to help each other on a daily basis, even if it's a simple question. We collaborate as one big family and execute as one. The many faces of Dwelo is what makes Dwelo magicial. I personally love my life with this company. Truth moment - It's been hard, I've had struggles, but I wouldn't be where I'm at spiritually, mentally and career wise if I wouldn't have sacrificed some time here and there. I work with many members of the executive team and they all are teaching me how to be the best version of myself and for that I'm forever grateful! We have all worked extremely hard to get us to where we are at today, the hours of the week is sometimes not enough :( Communicating more frequently and effectively all around would help. When I started 19 months ago, the expectations could've been clearer. Communicating proper expectations is always good when brining on new hires.
