I had worked here for over a decade. The new president is great but if he is going to turn the company around, he needs to remove the cancer that is slowly killing the company. There are a lot of tired wonderful people here.
Cons
With the current market in DFW, there are so many great companies to work for. DynaTen’s reputation and prestige in the market place has took a huge hit over the last 2-3 years. If you are looking for a company where you are heard and appreciated, at the moment, this company isn’t for you. Everyone is on a need to know basis and only the executive team and closest friends need to know. Many core employees have left and many more are talking to other companies. I know this because they have been calling me to see if we are hiring. There is so much uncertainty about the future and many feel like they are kept in the dark. I still think this company has a lot of potential, but until they make several high level position changes, I would stay away from them. The current leadership has forgot who actually makes the company money. They are more concerned about reporting and compliance than asking questions like “how can we help operations be more productive and safe?” “How can we build a culture where people enjoy their work and have the tools they need to do their job?” “How can we become the best contractor in the Market?” The perception is that they don’t genuinely care.
