Pros
Pay is good, provide benefits after your 30 days and 40 hours every week.
Cons
Over worked ( employees are constantly leaving due to this, some of which are providers and it messes up the schedule for the offices), management sucks ( no one listens to any concerns or suggests any way of fixing problems and you all just get yelled at), lack of supplies and needed equipment ( we are constantly running out of things and need more computers for employees to do their jobs)no real set hours ( hours say 8-5 mon-fri but we open at 7:45 and sometimes are not done for the day till 6 or 6:30 ; and on Fridays we close at 12) , customers treat employees pretty much however they want without consequence and customers also show up whenever they please without consequences.
