      Great work environment, excellent team members, great benefits and work schedule.

      Cons

      During the winter months the work is slow and I don't get overtime because of it.

      Right off exit on interstate. Weekends off

      Pay is garbage, micro managed, improper ventilation exposing you to toxins daily, hostile work enviornment, bullies for management
