Pros
Project Managers are kind and fun. You can make great friends. Company party is a blast.
Cons
Directors don't listen. The employees don't have a voice. The company is profitable but everyone is on pins and needles out of fear. Managers and TLs are fire controllers. Very little growth and opportunity. Major layoffs have happened in the past year. Top Sales people left and are leaving. It is possible more cuts are to come since the latest company meeting mentioned bringing down expenses.
