Pros
A great company, which biggest asset are the smart and friendly employees. Everyone is very helpful and keen to share their knowledge with less experienced colleagues.There is definitely a team spirit and this is what helps in the tough moments.
Cons
Change of management and redundancies led to serious disappointment and moral has dropped. There is a vast frustration in the company, people are constantly leaving and when they leave, they are never replaced. It is expected that half a team will continue doing the job of a whole team. Hardworking and dedicated people are often not recognized.
