Don't work here if you want to grow - Marketing Dynata Employee Review

Research Now is a young company that is full of potential. However, MGMT needs to wake up and recognize that it's not going to keep employees happy but giving them low to no pay raise, no career development opportunities, and standard benefits. Morale at this place is low. People are overworked and tired of the useless and incompetent management they have to report to. The structure itself is disorganized. Kurt is a great CEO but he heeds no one's advice. I wish I could recommend working for this company.
