This company is great to work for. If you like to work hard, up for a challenge, then you will find SSI to be a great employer with excellent compensation, bonuses, flexibility and awesome benefits. This is a fast paced environment and it's not for everyone. The people that will succeed are hard-working and everyone knows who is positive. Some people really should resign because they try to bring the team down with their negativity. I've been here for a several years and have seen the changes and feel great about them.
