Pros
The people are (for the most part) really fun to work with. There is a good work ethic among teams and most people get on well and socialise a lot together. Most managers are flexible with their teams and allow extra perks like working from home and other benefits. The benefits also just got a bit of a revamp and are better than they were.
Cons
The hours can be quite long, and there are challenges with working for a company with the head office in the USA. Although I think there are more opportunities for training, it would be good if there were more.
