Pros

Good colleagues make the time pass quickly

Cons

Undervalues employees; new job openings starting at $xx,xxx higher than the previous employees who had been on target every year Lack of meaningful communication; senior management passes along useless updates when the sales/project teams need REAL updates on why the system is underperforming Constant system failure/downtime Insufficient internal resources to accomplish goals; this makes it impossible to sell these “new and shiny” services when the internal teams assigned to these services push back due to lack of team members to assign them to. Target metrics are designed so poorly that only small percentages of sales people/territories even come close to hitting goal. Typically those that hit goal are so egregiously over quotas that a middle schooler could have given them more realistic goals. Not to knock on those overachieving, but realistic overachievement is 150-175%, not 500%+ every quarter

Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry that you did not find your job nor the company rewarding. We have tried to manage the change that often results from mergers to be as minimally disruptive as possible but there are always challenges that result from brining disparate companies together. In 2019, we launched monthly pulse surveys to get input on how to best create a culture that inspires employees. We created a weekly CEO newsletter, a new employee recognition program and other initiatives in response to feedback. I am optimistic, over time, these will help address many of the issues you have highlighted.
