Pros

Overall the company is trying to grow and improve while trying to keep employees content. Improvements have been made - employee benefits, hybrid wfh/office schedule, unlimited PTO and more regular updates from CEO.

Cons

Very rocky post merger, compensation could be better, system and tools are hit or miss. Depending on what team you are on, you may be expected to work 12 hour days, micromanaged and then isolated when you speak up. If you are not a personal friend of the top manager, good luck getting promoted... it's the gals club. Don't bother asking to be moved to another team, you will end up fearing for your job. Toxic and unprofessional is putting it lightly. Not a terrible company overall, however, be very cautious of what role(s) and teams(s) you will be working with.

Dynata Response

Thank you for your feedback, and for your time with Dynata! Often times companies go through a bit of a rough patch after a merger, as we regain our footing, meld cultures and get to know new team members across the globe. Our systems and tools are a work in progress and improving them is one of our top priorities for the year. We’re sorry you feel the environment is toxic and unprofessional – we are working hard to build a culture of inclusion and appreciation, which of course includes promotions. Promotions are given by merit (and budget-permitting), but if you feel there is favoritism please speak with an HR representative, as this should never be the case. It’s great to hear people want things to get better – the more we work together and share ideas, the more improvements we can make!
