Pros

First, the technology is amazing and significantly ahead of the competition. That helps us deliver great results to the customer. The onboarding, training and support programs are the best I've seen. As a sales rep, you can achieve high earnings but it requires a lot of preparation and creative prospecting.

Cons

I can't really think of any. As a sales rep, I would love to have more accounts but that's true anywhere! Don't come here if you aren't ready to spend a lot of time learning and working hard.

The people are one of the best parts of working here.

Cons

The organization continues to undergo significant platform and organizational changes, creating ongoing growing pains. Priorities shift frequently, making it difficult for teams to build momentum and execute long-term initiatives. Reduced investment and tighter budgets have led to fewer resources and increased pressure on existing teams. Leadership could provide a clearer long-term vision and communicate strategic changes more consistently
