Pros

I get to work with customers and help them navigate using the best solutions for monitoring the essential applications. COVID-19 has increased the user demands of online applications since brick and mortar stores have been closed or only open for limited access. The benefits to employees are excellent and the collaboration of colleagues is very good. Dynatrace is a great place to advance your career.

Cons

I have found no problems and don't expect to see any.

The people are one of the best parts of working here.

Cons

The organization continues to undergo significant platform and organizational changes, creating ongoing growing pains. Priorities shift frequently, making it difficult for teams to build momentum and execute long-term initiatives. Reduced investment and tighter budgets have led to fewer resources and increased pressure on existing teams. Leadership could provide a clearer long-term vision and communicate strategic changes more consistently
