It was amazing when I joined, then the new leaders starting making everything about their own success rather than the company's.
If you want a steady paycheck and can keep your head down, Dynatrace is fine. If you care at all about your work or the company, you'll be frustrated.
The worst environment for politics and cliques I've ever experienced. The best (only?) way to succeed is to join Dynatrace from a company where one of the senior execs worked -- VMware, Dell/EMC, Splunk, Akamai,,,
