As a Dynatrace employee, you receive professional development opportunities such as training and education support, free Udemy business access, and our Learn & Grow self-service site, for a few examples. Our Research & Development Team has dedicated Innovation Days, and tech-focused, advanced learning sessions available, as well. However, we encourage you to work with your manager on further training requests. We realize how important strong communication and collaboration is within a global company and that’s why we recently implemented an Internal Communications team for more touchpoints and consistent information. We have shared your feedback with the appropriate leaders.

The people are one of the best parts of working here.

Cons

The organization continues to undergo significant platform and organizational changes, creating ongoing growing pains. Priorities shift frequently, making it difficult for teams to build momentum and execute long-term initiatives. Reduced investment and tighter budgets have led to fewer resources and increased pressure on existing teams. Leadership could provide a clearer long-term vision and communicate strategic changes more consistently
