Limited growth opportunities - more outside hires than inside Lack of sales process and tools Internal systems are horrible - closing a sale takes a village Good ’old’ boys club - sales executive leadership needs to go Micromanagement at its finest Poor visibility into how you get paid Politically engaged and too enlightened

The people are one of the best parts of working here.

Cons

The organization continues to undergo significant platform and organizational changes, creating ongoing growing pains. Priorities shift frequently, making it difficult for teams to build momentum and execute long-term initiatives. Reduced investment and tighter budgets have led to fewer resources and increased pressure on existing teams. Leadership could provide a clearer long-term vision and communicate strategic changes more consistently
