The place to be, if you want to be a part of shaping the DevOps Platform industry or/and look for personal growth.
Cons
To be expected: organizational hyper-growth pains. The incredible growth and ongoing transformation into a multi-billion dollar company applies pressure and requires „change as the only constant“. It is necessary, challenging, and interesting, but sometimes also straining. Not the place to be, if you want a comfortable position without challenges.
