      Full remote Great culture Best manager I have had The pay is competitive They encourage further learning Tuition reimbursement Unlimited PTO that in reasonable circumstances doesn't get denied.

      Cons

      The teams are young, which isn’t necessarily bad, but the culture sort of becomes the age average. So you just need to be aware in this job most colleagues are fresh out of college.

      The people are one of the best parts of working here.

      Cons

      The organization continues to undergo significant platform and organizational changes, creating ongoing growing pains. Priorities shift frequently, making it difficult for teams to build momentum and execute long-term initiatives. Reduced investment and tighter budgets have led to fewer resources and increased pressure on existing teams. Leadership could provide a clearer long-term vision and communicate strategic changes more consistently
