Pros

Stay a low level leader if you want a long term gig. Software is solid. CTO is super smart. Good pay.

Cons

New CEO brought in very poor choices of C-level leaders. New CCO doesn't care about customers. New CPO has made HR a complete trainwreck. New CRO is busy selling stock. Corporate "values" are just a bunch of words and aren't lived by leadership.

Pros

Decent Product Great Perks Co-Workers

Cons

A lot of what happens to your career is beyond your control. You can be a top performer and still only meet satisfied in remarks. The customer success departments went through some changes earlier this year and it left it splintered. A lot of toxic environments take place in pockets and everyone is cliqued up. I suppose you could say this is like every corporation, but this was junior varsity level office politics. If you made someone upset you could be next. Most of the executive leadership and brings in their buddies who have no idea how the product works and all of the veterans have left by now. It's mostly a game of grab behind and brown nosing.
