Pros
Company actually has a positive culture of collaboration and actually improving people's knowledge in the platform which i honestly had never seen in a "true" form in previous jobs
Cons
They're a publicly traded company, if the part of the world you are working for might have some sort of bad year or years then you will be affected because in the end of the day you're just a money making machine for them. id still recommend them as a job but i fear for their future in the direction im seeing changes from management and senior management.
