Thank you for providing your feedback. We appreciate your positive comments about our competitive salary and the strength of our product and technical community. Though we’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the unclear product and management strategy impacting sales. Our marketing and sales teams are currently in partnership to review our strategies and ensure they align with the new fiscal year goals we’ve set. Regarding your concerns about management, we’re consistently looking for ways to improve and are committed to the development of our managers through training and support to enhance their leadership capabilities. Additionally, we understand it’s important to simplify internal administrative processes. Streamlining these tasks and empowering our employees to work more autonomously are priorities for us. If you have any further information to share, please reach out to us directly at employee.relations@dynatrace.com. Thanks again for your constructive feedback as we aim to build a better workplace for all.

Pros

The people are one of the best parts of working here.

Cons

The organization continues to undergo significant platform and organizational changes, creating ongoing growing pains. Priorities shift frequently, making it difficult for teams to build momentum and execute long-term initiatives. Reduced investment and tighter budgets have led to fewer resources and increased pressure on existing teams. Leadership could provide a clearer long-term vision and communicate strategic changes more consistently
