Pros

Depends who you are. Women are outsiders, in general.

Cons

Managers are untrained children who dump on their team and ignore real problem. And these managers have not accountability and that toxic behavior is tolerated by favorites. Not many people over 33 years old. Empty words to inclusion... they've ticked the box, I guess in their minds.

Pros

The people are one of the best parts of working here.

Cons

The organization continues to undergo significant platform and organizational changes, creating ongoing growing pains. Priorities shift frequently, making it difficult for teams to build momentum and execute long-term initiatives. Reduced investment and tighter budgets have led to fewer resources and increased pressure on existing teams. Leadership could provide a clearer long-term vision and communicate strategic changes more consistently
