Pros

- work-life balance - unlimited PTO - growing company - people are always willing to help and answer questions

Cons

- a lot of cross-over between role responsibilities and lack of collaboration - not enough processes and guidelines for CSM role, every CSM does things differently - there are new internal programs announced every month and its hard to keep up

Thanks for your feedback! It’s great that you appreciate our work-life balance, unlimited PTO, and supportive company culture. We love knowing that our team is always willing to help and foster collaboration. Though, we acknowledge and understand your concerns. With growth comes change, and we’re working on establishing clearer processes and improving role definition. We recently introduced a new career framework model so employees can have a clearer path to their responsibilities, growth, and goals. Additionally, we’re consistently improving communication methods and making it easier for our Dynatracers to stay updated. Thanks again for your insights and contributions, and we look forward to growing together!

Pros

The people are one of the best parts of working here.

Cons

The organization continues to undergo significant platform and organizational changes, creating ongoing growing pains. Priorities shift frequently, making it difficult for teams to build momentum and execute long-term initiatives. Reduced investment and tighter budgets have led to fewer resources and increased pressure on existing teams. Leadership could provide a clearer long-term vision and communicate strategic changes more consistently
