Pros

Great culture, product and people BUT at a global level only.

Cons

Very toxic and poor culture in India. No professionalism. Had to actually look out within few months itself bcoz of this toxic culture which runs without ethics, mutual respect and complete deviation from global policy and vision.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we truly apologize for your negative experience. While we’re glad to hear that you value the global culture, product, and people at Dynatrace, we regret that your local experience in Mumbai did not meet the same expectations. Your comments about the toxic culture, lack of professionalism, and deviation from global policies are concerning, and we take them seriously as we investigate this matter. At Dynatrace, we don’t promote nor tolerate toxicity of any kind and foster a people-first culture across the company. Our people are our most valued asset, and our focus on fostering an inclusive, supportive, and healthy environment is the backbone of our culture. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant teams to help address these issues and improve the experience for current and future team members in Mumbai. We’re grateful to have you on our team and we want to help make things right. If you’d like to share any further concerns, please reach out to us at employee.relations@dynatrace.com.

Pros

The people are one of the best parts of working here.

Cons

The organization continues to undergo significant platform and organizational changes, creating ongoing growing pains. Priorities shift frequently, making it difficult for teams to build momentum and execute long-term initiatives. Reduced investment and tighter budgets have led to fewer resources and increased pressure on existing teams. Leadership could provide a clearer long-term vision and communicate strategic changes more consistently
