Thank you for providing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding inclusivity and growth opportunities. At Dynatrace, we’re committed to fostering an inclusive work environment and supporting professional development. Dynatrace is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and we’re proud to have Dynatracers from diverse backgrounds, identities, and perspectives, as we foster an inclusive culture where individuality is valued, and integrity is deeply embedded in everything we do. We continue to establish active employee resource groups to support unique interests and initiatives throughout the organization. In collaboration with our ERGs, we host a variety of events in celebration of heritage and history months including speaker events on fostering education, raising cultural awareness through Lunch & Learns, and more. We've also created a DEIB Advisory Board that collaborates on developing strategies, supporting ERG initiatives, and ensuring that our company is a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We recently introduced a global career framework so employees have a clearer path to their responsibilities, growth, and goals, along with a global mentoring program to help get them there. Thanks for your contributions to the team, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

The people are one of the best parts of working here.

Cons

The organization continues to undergo significant platform and organizational changes, creating ongoing growing pains. Priorities shift frequently, making it difficult for teams to build momentum and execute long-term initiatives. Reduced investment and tighter budgets have led to fewer resources and increased pressure on existing teams. Leadership could provide a clearer long-term vision and communicate strategic changes more consistently
