You definately get exercise there. An employee will work both in a warm section and in a refrigerated section. There is a set productivity number employees need to hit. In doing so a reward is given out. It is like a dollar, but it is taxed. So like $.80, still not bad for doing your work. More can be aquired by helping others, birthdays, Christmas and yearly anniversaries. There is extra pay for working Saturdays and Sundays.
