I joined EAS in a remote environment due to COVID. Everyone, from my team to crossfunctional partners, to the company’s leadership team, has made it easy to integrate into the company’s culture. One of the company’s core values is to value people most of all and from the day I had my first interview, I knew that to be true. I am treated with respect and am trusted to make decisions. I know I can speak to anyone in the organization – the open communication is refreshing. This is a great company with tremendous growth opportunities. This is the happiest I have been in my career.
